For Windows PC's:

to listen to the sermons over the internet, LEFT click on
the sermon title and the selected sermon should begin playing on your default
player (after a pause for loading the sermon)

to download the file onto your computer, RIGHT click on the
sermon title, and select "Save Link As" (or "Save Target As")
For Mac's:

to listen to the sermons over the internet,

If you do NOT have a default music player defined for your
browser, RIGHT click on the sermon title, and choose "Open with ITunes"
(or whatever software you use to listen to music)

If you DO have a default music player defined for your
browser, LEFT click on the sermon title and the selected sermon should begin
playing on your default player (after a pause for loading the sermon)

to download the file onto your computer, RIGHT click on the
sermon title, and select "Download Linked File")
